The foundation of Expressive Arts is a sensory experience. It is through our senses of hearing, sight, touch, movement, taste and smell that we experience the world. The process of Expressive Arts allows us to explore the immediacy of our physical world through reawakening and enhancing our senses while creating in all the art forms.
